Manta manta!

It's been crazy busy at the manta site. We've been up there nearly every night and so has everyone else. There were 21 boats full of tourists last night. Luckily the mantas have been very cooperative. There have been around a dozen mantas every night so there's been a good show for everyone to watch. Last night there was a lot of surge from a decent swell out of the north which reduced visibility but the show was still great.

More whale sightings every day.... We even saw them under the full moon last night.

End of another day

Fun group of divers today. About fifty dolphins hanging out in Naia Bay. Eagle rays, a big turtle and several eels. Viz has been great..over 100ft! Went swimming with a larger group of about 250 spinner dolphins outside Kaloko. Scout had a great time trying to herd them.

Second dive was sorta uneventful but the water was extra clear and loaded with fish.

Just arrived at the manta site...conditions are near perfect. A few mantas are swimming around waiting for the show to start. Last night there were 15 rays and we're expecting the same or more tonight.

Pics are scout with spinner dolphins and tonight's sunset

Wow

Great beautiful day!

Lots of cool critters... First dive at pyramid pinnacle we found several leaf scorpions of varying colors, a large bright yellow frog fish, several Hawaiian octopus, white mouth & undulated Morray eels.... One eel actually had a nudibranch crawling on it( a first for me ) While hanging out over the drop off we had a scalloped hammerhead shark swim right up to us before casually swimming away. The caves held cool shrimp, crabs, lobster and we scored some nice cowries that must have been eaten the night before cause their shells were pristine. Too many other critters to mention

Between dives we saw a humpback whale offshore that wasnt very social. On our way in we found some spinner dolphins hanging out near turtle haven so we went diving there... The divers could hear the dolphins throughout their dive but never saw them. They did see a few turtles that offered the photographers great opportunities for good pics. A rare sight was a harlequin shrimp out in the open. More great pics!

Another great day in paradise
